Job summary

Jackson Family Wines is seeking a Lead Systems Analyst to drive enterprise applications within the ERP landscape, focusing on JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, WMS processes, and third-party integrations. You will coordinate technical development, testing, and continuous improvement across Sales & Distribution, Finance, and Manufacturing.

The role requires strong analytical skills, extensive JD Edwards experience, and ability to partner with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, automated solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 8+ years supporting ERP and enterprise apps in analyst roles.
• Strong JD Edwards EnterpriseOne functional/technical expertise.
• Hands-on JDE tools and technologies experience.
• Strong knowledge of Manufacturing, Distribution, Supply Chain, Finance processes.
• Experience integrating JDE with Salesforce, Encompass, Concur, WMS/TMS, EDI, and other platforms.
• REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, EDI, real-time events, and integration architectures.
• Advanced SQL, data analysis, and testing skills.
• Experience gathering requirements, designing solutions, coordinating dev, leading testing, and supporting improvement.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, document, and translate business requirements into functional/technical solutions across ERP processes.
• Map and optimize end-to-end business processes (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Finance, Manufacturing, inventory, WMS).
• Support SDLC activities from design through post-production stabilization.
• Coordinate JDE enhancements, reports, interfaces, and workflows with developers.
• Troubleshoot issues via root-cause analysis, SQL validation, and collaboration with teams.
• Support reporting, data flows, security, integrations across JDE and third-party platforms.
• Work in Agile/Scrum, contribute to planning, backlog refinement, release readiness.
• Develop documentation: requirements, process flows, test scenarios, change notes.
