Job summary

Jackson Family Wines seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst to translate complex business data flows into practical technology solutions within the SET team. You will analyze requirements, design technical solutions, test, deliver, and support systems for POS and ecommerce.

You will lead cross-functional projects, mentor staff, coordinate with vendors, and drive process improvements across multiple locations. Occasional after-hours support and up to 20% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to translate business processes into technology solutions.
• Experience with SDLC, waterfall, and Scrum/Agile methodologies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications including Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20% with a valid driver's license.
• Familiarity with modern multi-location POS platforms and API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional programs for POS and ecommerce systems.
• Lead creation of scope documents, process flows, data mapping, test scenarios, and end-user training.
• Provide customer support for software and operational questions.
• Lead teams and coordinate with vendors and delivery teams.
• Drive innovation to digitize cross-functional business processes and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to shape acceptable solutions.
• Evaluate technology for business use and advocate its application.
• Serve as SME to ensure product/service performance supports business needs.
• Manage complex configurations and resolve API integration issues.
• Deliver quality through test strategies and detailed testing for complex use cases.
• Participate in after-hours and weekend escalations on a rotating schedule.
