Job summary

Amazon's Reliability and Maintenance Engineering (RME) Workforce Excellence team seeks an experienced leader to own labor planning and cost analysis, delivering measurable ROI across regions. You will partner with BU leaders and PxT, Finance, Procurement, and TA to optimize workforce spend while sustaining talent pipelines.

You will drive multi-year labor strategies, communicate risks to senior leadership, and coordinate cross-BU programs to improve efficiency and budget performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years developing, negotiating and executing business agreements.
• 7+ years business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience.
• 7+ years of professional or military experience.
• Experience managing P&L.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver OP and OxG labor inputs with BU leaders to align headcount with demand across regions.
• Produce consolidated labor cost and variance bridges for weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reviews.
• Coordinate cross-BU and cross-regional workforce programs with PxT, Finance, Procurement and TA.
• Balance labor planning risks and strategic tradeoffs between workforce needs and budgets.
• Drive continuous improvement through labor cost analysis and root-cause investigations.
