Amazon's Reliability and Maintenance Engineering (RME) Workforce Excellence team seeks an experienced and collaborative professional to lead labor planning, cost analysis, and cross-functional workforce programs that deliver measurable financial and operational outcomes. RME maintains and optimizes facilities across our entire value chain - from large, modern, purpose-built warehouses that use robotics and high-volume conveyance systems to sites positioned close to customers. We support technologies across Global Customer Fulfillment, Sort Center/Air, and Delivery Network operations to maximize operational efficiency and budget performance. The RME Workforce Excellence team is the central arm for the RME field as it pertains to labor planning, cost analysis, and cross-regional workforce programs. Our team partners with business leaders and key stakeholders (PxT, TA, Compensation, Finance, and Central RME) to drive programmatic improvement in the areas of labor costs, workforce efficiency, and organizational goals.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
