Job summary

Amazon is seeking an experienced Program Manager to own and execute planning initiatives across Labor Planning and Equipment Planning for 700+ TOM-managed yards across the US and Canada. You will collaborate with labor planning, equipment planning, fleet strategy, and finance to optimize workforce deployment and planning accuracy.

You will shape planning goals, own roadmaps, and coordinate resources across field operations and central teams to drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvements using data and metrics.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups) and SQL.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Own program execution for your area, setting priorities and communicating with leaders.
• Develop and maintain program roadmaps and coordinate rollouts.
• Manage implementation across cross-functional stakeholders.
• Contribute to narratives while providing ongoing operational support.
• Use data and metrics to track health, identify improvements, and report results.
• Translate model outputs into actionable execution guidance with field leadership.
