Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing warehouse, manufacturing, production, recycling, or industrial operations.
• Previous leadership experience supervising warehouse or production teams.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, and production workflows.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with WMS or ERP software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee day-to-day warehouse, production, shipping, receiving, and material handling operations.
• Develop and implement procedures that improve productivity, efficiency, quality, and workplace organization.
• Monitor workflow and staffing levels to meet production schedules and customer commitments.
• Coordinate priorities with management to maximize operational performance.
