Job summary

Vividion Therapeutics, Inc. seeks a highly motivated biotransformation expert to drive metabolite profiling, identification, and enzymology for drug discovery and development. You will lead in vitro and in vivo MetID studies and guide cross-functional teams to optimize candidates.

The role involves design, execution, and management of studies, data interpretation, regulatory report writing, and collaboration with CROs while mentoring the DMPK group.

Qualifications

• PhD with 7+ years in industry or MS/BS with 12+ years will be considered.
• Expertise in drug metabolism and in vitro enzyme kinetics.
• Experience in designing and reviewing biotransformation studies.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct in vitro and in vivo biotransformation studies.
• Manage CRO biotransformation studies and oversee project timelines.
• Lead DMPK studies supporting preclinical and clinical development.
• Author reports and regulatory submission documents.
• Mentor and motivate the in-house DMPK team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize drug candidates.
