Job summary

The position involves overseeing CRO activities, translating complex data into decision-ready insights, and communicating with project teams and regulators. A Ph.D. with 5+ years of industry experience is required.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in pharmaceutical sciences or related discipline with at least 5 years of industry experience.
• Extensive hands-on experience developing, qualifying, and applying bioanalytical and DMPK methods, incl. HRMS.
• Hands-on with LC-MS/MS, HRMS, metabolite identification, and data interpretation in complex matrices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute DMPK strategies for discovery through clinical stages, under the Head of DMPK.
• Provide technical leadership for CRO activities and oversee study protocols, data review, and reports.
• Review regulatory documents and ensure data quality, integrity, and timely communication of results.
