JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Senior VDC Specialist to lead BIM administration and coordinate 3D models for multiple projects. You will assemble content, support RFI processes, and ensure adherence to VDC standards while collaborating with project teams and subcontractors.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years BIM experience, strong technical skills in Revit/Navisworks, and a proven ability to translate construction drawings into accurate digital deliverables.

• Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field is required.
• 2+ years construction or related experience.
• 2+ years BIM-related experience.

• Provides models and documents necessary to complete scope as determined with VDC leadership.
• Assembles 3D content modeled by others and models missing content.
• Maintains productive BIM processes and project docs.
• Supports RFI process for BIM items and project coordination.
• Maintains relationships with subcontractors and project teams.
• Learns and applies JE Dunn VDC standards on projects.
• Reads plans and BIM requirements and applies them to VDC workflows.
• Integrates design updates into models and resolves clashes.
