Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in BIM/VDC or mechanical detailing.
• Demonstrated experience producing coordinated mechanical models.
• Solid understanding of mechanical construction practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of accurate BIM models for mechanical systems.
• Coordinate across project scopes to support installation planning.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure adherence to standards.

Skills

Proficient in Revit for MEP modeling

Strong proficiency with Navisworks Manage

Ability to interpret contract drawings and specifications

Familiarity with fabrication-focused workflows

Working knowledge of Bluebeam and coordination software

Education

High school diploma or GED

Associate degree in BIM or related field
