Job summary

Henderson Engineers in Lenexa, KS seeks a BIM Technician III to lead advanced 3D modeling, BEP development and model health checks for complex projects.

You will create/balance schedules, run clash detection, develop automation scripts, mentor junior staff, and coordinate with clients and teams to ensure deliverables meet standards.

Proficiency in Revit, Dynamo and ACC, strong communication, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a collaborative environment are essential.

Qualifications

• 6 years of progressive BIM experience with mechanical/electrical drawings when having an associate degree, or 8 years without degree.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit, Dynamo, Imaginit Clarity and BIM360/ACC.
• Strong knowledge of BIM processes, standards and ability to troubleshoot BIM software.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM model creation and maintenance for complex projects.
• Develop BEPs and ensure BEP guidelines are followed by the team.
• Perform clash detection and resolve issues with project teams.
• Coordinate with clients and engineers to align scope and deliverables.
