Job summary

Henderson Engineers is seeking a BIM Technician I to join our BIM team. You will contribute to the development of detailed 3D models for engineering projects, applying BIM processes, standards, and BEP guidelines to ensure accurate, compliant designs.

You'll work with Revit, Bluebeam Revu, Imaginit Clarity, and Autodesk Construction Cloud while collaborating with engineers and designers. A baseline education in BIM or related experience is required, with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate BIM degree or 2 years BIM experience required.
• BIM knowledge, codes, and standards fundamental.
• Basic proficiency with Revit and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare layouts, details, and drawings for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Follow BEP objectives and maintain BIM workflow documentation.
• Set up BIM models and ensure adherence to standards.
• Maintain 3D models and report on model health and compliance.
• Assist with engineering calculations as directed.
