Job summary

Henderson Engineers is seeking a BIM Technician I to contribute to 3D model development for engineering projects. You will support BIM workflows, perform model setup and maintenance, and assist with BEP objectives while coordinating with the project team.

The role requires basic BIM knowledge, Revit proficiency, and strong communication skills; travel is occasional as projects demand. This is an on-site position in Franklin, TN.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required; Associate degree in BIM or 2 years BIM experience preferred.
• Fundamental BIM knowledge; experience with mechanical/electrical drawings beneficial.
• Proficiency with Revit and BIM software; good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Prepare layouts, details, schedules, drawings for mechanical, electrical, plumbing and related systems.
• Maintain BIM models, ensure health and compliance with project standards.
• Support BEP objectives and coordinate with project team.
