Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in BIM or 2 years BIM experience required.
• Basic proficiency with Revit; Microsoft Office; BIM standards knowledge.
• Effective verbal and written communication required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare layouts, details, schedules, drawings for mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems.
• Ensure BIM models adhere to BEP and project standards; maintain documentation.
• Maintain BIM models health and data integrity; perform routine maintenance.
• Assist with engineering calculations as directed.
