Job summary

Sargent & Lundy is seeking a BIM Specialist to support daily model-based delivery on active projects under the BIM Manager. You will develop, issue, and execute the BEP, coordinating with PMs and discipline leads to ensure model quality and information delivery across offices.

The role is project-facing, translating standards into practical execution, and requires strong Revit/Navisworks skills, BEP leadership, and collaboration across IT and project teams for successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical background in a relevant field.
• 5–10 years BIM experience in multi-discipline environments with project execution responsibilities.
• Experience developing and issuing BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) for projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop, issue, and maintain the BEP and related workflows.
• Lead BEP development with stakeholders and IT as needed.
• Execute the BEP through day-to-day leadership and ensure adherence to conventions.
