Prime Controls, L.P. is seeking a BIM (Revit – Virtual Design Construction) Modeler to support project delivery and standards.

You will generate content for the VDC team for construction sequencing, shop drawings, spooling, pre-assembly, and pre-fabrication efforts, reporting to project BIM leads. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in AEC with production modeling experience, strong Revit skills, and familiarity with Navisworks clash detection.

Competenze

• 2+ years in architectural, engineering or construction (AEC) with 3D modeling focus.
• 1 year experience in electrical routing and 3D modeling.
• Advanced knowledge of Revit required.
• Working knowledge of Navisworks Manage clash detection.
• Strong written and verbal communication; flexible overtime as needed.

Mansioni

• Receive, process, and archive model files from designers and staff.
• Develop model components from concept to prototype and production-ready drawings.
• Assist in sequencing and assembly steps and communicate to stakeholders (4D).
• Create BOMs/cut lists and support pricing and estimating (5D).
• Perform QC review of work and coordinate with other modelers.
• Coordinate 3D model elements with field fabricators.
• Collaborate with project team members on technical solutions.
