Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. seeks a BIM Modeler II to provide modeling efforts for project delivery and standards. The role is part of the production team, delivering accurate modeling and documentation with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate has Revit knowledge, can read 2D plans, and follows REI BIM processes. The position reports to the Lead Modeler and offers growth within a shareholder-owned national contractor.

Qualifications

• Capable of performing BIM modeling tasks with accuracy.
• Able to follow Rosendin BIM processes and standards.
• Experience with electrical drafting conventions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Model with Revit for project delivery and standards.
• Develop Revit families for standards or specific projects.
• Set up Revit views, templates, and filters per standards.
• Document progress and coordinate with the team.
