Job summary

Rosendin Electric is seeking a BIM Modeler I to support project delivery by creating drawings and models in Revit according to project scope and Rosendin BIM Standards.

Be part of a production team building project drawings, maintaining Revit environments, and documenting progress in line with company standards. Ideal for candidates with 6 months in electrical drafting or Revit and a CAD-focused education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree preferred in Computerized Drafting/ CAD.
• Minimum 6 months experience in electrical drafting, installation, or Revit required.
• Able to learn industry standard software including BlueBeam, Autodesk Cloud and NavisWorks.

Responsibilities

• Perform layout and input from field details with Supervisor/Lead Modeler support into Revit in accordance with REI Standards.
• Review own work for accuracy before passing it on to others.
• Prepare sheets following project requirements and REI Standards.
• Maintain the Revit model environment following Rosendin BIM Standards.
• Document progress of assigned work following project standards.
