Job summary

You will work within the production team to provide efficient modeling and deliverables for assigned tasks with minimal supervision. Responsibilities include developing Revit families, modeling projects per Rosendin standards, and documenting progress while coordinating with the Lead Modeler and other trades.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of drafting experience with electrical/MEP drawings.
• Ability to interpret 2D plans and convert to BIM.
• Familiarity with Rosendin standards and BIM processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop Revit families and project-specific models.
• Set up views, templates, and filters per standards.
• Document progress and coordinate with teams.
