Job summary

Rosendin is hiring a BIM Modeler II to provide accurate modeling and deliverables for project delivery and standards. The role involves creating Revit families, setting up views and templates, and coordinating with the production team under Rosendin standards.

You will work with the Lead Modeler/Supervisor to develop models, document progress, and ensure adherence to REI confidentiality and project requirements. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred in computerized drafting.
• Minimum 2 years' total experience with electrical drafting conventions and standards.
• Combination of education, training and relevant experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Perform BIM modeling and documentation for project delivery and standards.
• Develop Revit Families for standards or project needs with the Lead Modeler/Supervisor.
• Model and document progress with Rosendin standards; set up Revit views, templates and filters.
• Follow REI BIM processes and read 2D plans and schedules.
• Coordinate with other trades in 3D space and maintain ensure project documentation.
