Job summary

ArchKey Solutions in Fridley, MN is seeking a BIM Manager to lead, oversee and coordinate all building information modeling projects for electrical construction. You will manage day-to-day BIM team activities and drive the process from inception to completion, ensuring accuracy, schedule adherence and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in BIM, 3–5 years in people management, and strong leadership, negotiation and budgeting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in BIM-related fields.
• 7–10 years in BIM specialist role; 3–5 years of people management experience.
• Proficiency with Autodesk, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office; Dynamo/Evolve is a plus.
• Experience setting up Revit models and creating families; ability to read electrical contracts and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate BIM projects from inception through completion across electrical construction.
• Manage day-to-day BIM team activities; monitor budgets, schedules and quality control.
• Coordinate scope and budget changes with the project manager to recoup BIM costs.
• Hire, mentor, and train BIM staff; foster leadership and team growth.
