Job summary

ArchKey is seeking a BIM Manager in Missouri to lead and coordinate all BIM projects for electrical construction. You’ll oversee the BIM team, drive design and coordination, and ensure quality from inception through completion, including negotiations and scheduling.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in BIM, 3–5 years in leadership, and strong skills with Autodesk Revit, Bluebeam and MS Office; Dynamo/Evolve a plus. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in BIM, engineering, or related field.
• 7–10 years in BIM with 3–5 years of people management.
• Proficient in Autodesk, Bluebeam, and MS Office; Dynamo/Evolve a plus.
• Experience setting up Revit models and creating families; read electrical plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate BIM projects from inception to completion.
• Develop estimates and proposals for design efforts.
• Manage BIM team budgets, schedules and quality control.
• Coordinate scope and budget changes with the project manager.
• Mentor and develop staff; build a positive team culture.
• Build relationships with customers and contractors.
• Stay current with electrical codes and BIM technology.
