Job summary

ArchKey Solutions in San Francisco, CA is seeking a seasoned BIM Manager to lead and coordinate all BIM projects in electrical construction. You will manage the BIM team from inception through completion, oversee schedules, quality control, and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in BIM, strong leadership, extensive Revit experience, and proficiency with Autodesk, Bluebeam, and Dynamo. You will partner with senior leadership, develop estimates, and drive process improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in BIM, engineering or related field.
• 7–10 years in BIM, with 3–5 years in people management.
• Proficiency with Autodesk, Bluebeam and Microsoft Office; Dynamo or similar tools a plus.
• Experience setting up Revit models, creating families and interpreting electrical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead, oversee and coordinate BIM projects from inception to completion.
• Manage BIM team daily operations, scheduling, budgeting and client satisfaction.
• Develop proposals, monitor project scope changes, and ensure quality control.
