Job summary

Bowman is seeking a Design Technology Administrator III, BIM to join our team remotely. This role provides administration, maintenance, training, and support for design technology tools to ensure efficient usage across projects.

You will lead BIM standards for MEP, mentor engineers, and collaborate with project teams to drive digital delivery. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or IT and 5–7 years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of relevant industry experience in design technology.
• Deep knowledge of civil engineering software applications and BIM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical resource for Mechanical and Electrical BIM workflows, standards, and digital delivery initiatives.
• Lead development and implementation of MEP-specific Revit standards, content libraries, and automation tools to improve design quality.
• Collaborate with mechanical and electrical leadership to identify workflow automation opportunities.
• Mentor engineers and designers on advanced MEP modeling techniques and BIM best practices.
• Promote Bowman BIM standards and coordinate across projects and teams.
• Review BIM models for BEP and company standards compliance; ensure quality requirements are met.
• Contribute to ongoing BIM standards, templates, and workflows development.
• Coordinate with BIM Managers, Project Managers, and multidisciplinary teams to set goals and deliverables.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and resolve interdisciplinary model conflicts.
• Support digital delivery initiatives and advancements in BIM technology.
