Job summary

Bowman is seeking a Design Technology Administrator III, BIM to join our team remotely. You will provide administration, maintenance, training, and support for design-technology tools like AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, and BIM360, ensuring efficient project delivery.

You will lead MEP BIM standards development, mentor engineers, and collaborate with IT and engineering teams to optimize workflows and automate processes. This role emphasizes reliability, quality, and strategic BIM advancement.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, IT or related field.
• 5–7 years of industry experience.
• In-depth knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Bentley MicroStation, Revit, BIM360 and Navisworks.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administration, maintenance, training, and support for design technology tools.
• Lead development of MEP BIM standards, content libraries, and automation tools.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to identify automation opportunities.
• Mentor engineers and designers on BIM processes and best practices.
• Review BIM models for BEP compliance and quality requirements.
• Develop and improve BIM standards, templates, and workflows.
• Coordinate with BIM Managers, Project Managers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Support training sessions and monitor software performance for optimization.
