Job summary

SLSCO is seeking a BIM Manager in New York to develop, implement, and manage BIM standards and workflows. You will lead cross-disciplinary teams, coordinate models, and ensure high-quality digital delivery across design, construction, and closeout phases.

The role requires strong expertise with Revit, Navisworks, ACC, AutoCAD, and BEPs, plus hands-on leadership and communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders. This is a full-time, on-site position in NYC.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of BIM, VDC or digital delivery experience.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Technology or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• BIM program leadership: develop and maintain BIM standards and BEPs.
• Lead model coordination and clash detection reviews with stakeholders.
• Oversee digital project delivery from design through closeout.
• Manage ACC and other digital collaboration platforms.
• Conduct model audits and ensure QA/QC on BIM deliverables.
• Administer BIM software, libraries, and templates.
• Engage consultants, contractors, and clients on BIM requirements.
