Avfuel Corporation, a global aviation fuel provider, is seeking a Senior Billing Associate to join its Ann Arbor corporate office. You will create customer invoices, monitor billing arrangements, and work with Sales to resolve issues while meeting daily deadlines and maintaining a high level of customer service.

The role requires 3+ years in billing or accounts receivable, an associate degree or equivalent, strong Excel and Oracle ERP experience, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of progressive billing/accounts receivable experience.
• Proven ability to resolve customer disputes and billing exceptions.

Responsibilities

• Create customer invoices in internal systems and adjust for special billing if needed.
• Communicate with customers and Sales to resolve issues promptly.
• Meet daily deadlines while ensuring accuracy and great customer experience.
• Analyze recurring billing issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain up-to-date process documentation and train new staff.
