Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Senior Billing Specialist to support a high-volume billing environment. You will manage billing activity across multiple systems and customer portals, reconcile invoices, and ensure accuracy as we clear an initial backlog in Amazon’s portal.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of billing experience, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to independently investigate and resolve billing issues across several systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of billing experience.
• Experience with customer billing web portals, specifically Amazon.
• Advanced Excel skills with large datasets and reconciliation.
• Experience reconciling billing information across multiple systems.
• Ability to manage a high volume of invoices with accuracy and deadlines.
• Senior-level ability to investigate billing issues and drive resolution independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume billing and invoice processing across multiple systems and portals.
• Utilize Amazon web portals to submit, track, reconcile, and maintain billing activity.
• Reconcile invoices and billing data across several systems to identify discrepancies.
• Research outstanding or rejected invoices and follow up through resolution.
• Maintain accurate billing records and ensure consistency across systems.
• Use Microsoft Excel extensively for reconciliation, tracking, reporting, and analysis.
• Communicate with internal teams and external customers regarding invoice status and documentation.
• Assist in clearing billing backlogs while maintaining accuracy and organization.
