Kforce Inc. in Dallas, TX is seeking two experienced Senior Billing Specialists to join our growing Billing team.

You will manage the full billing lifecycle for assigned business units and professionals, ensuring accurate, timely invoicing and compliance with engagement terms. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in legal billing, strong proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of billing experience overall.
• At least 2-3 years of experience specifically in legal billing.
• Strong Excel proficiency and Microsoft Office Suite skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete billing cycle for assigned business units and professionals
• Prepare, review, and process pre-bills and final invoices
• Work directly with stakeholders to review billing narratives, time entries, and billing requirements
• Ensure compliance with billing guidelines, fee arrangements, and engagement terms
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies, adjustments, and inquiries
• Maintain accurate billing records and support month-end deadlines
• Collaborate with Accounts Receivable and Finance teams to support revenue cycle objectives
• Monitor billing activity and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Generate and analyze billing reports as needed

Requirements

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
