Job summary

LHH is assisting a large, established law firm in Dallas to hire a Senior Billing Specialist for a hybrid role that offers exposure to sophisticated legal billing and a collaborative environment.

You will manage monthly billing for attorneys and client portfolios, prepare pre-bills and invoices, handle complex billing arrangements, and work with attorneys and internal teams to resolve questions, while ensuring accuracy and deadlines.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of billing or related legal experience with at least 1 year of legal billing experience.
• Understanding of attorney billing workflows, pre-bills, and law firm billing cycles.
• Experience with legal billing systems such as Aderant, Elite 3E, ProLaw, Intapp, or similar.
• E-billing knowledge preferred.
• Strong Excel, communication, organization, and attention to detail.
