Own the Full Billing Lifecycle in a High-Volume, Complex Client Environment

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

We are seeking a full-time, highly experienced Billing Specialist to join our Corporate Billing team. This role owns the entire client billing lifecycle, from contract review and matter setup through invoice generation, analysis, and reporting.

What You’ll Do

• Perform daily, high‑volume client contract reviews and matter setup upon case activation
• Generate routine, electronic, and complex client invoices in accordance with contractual terms
• Track, manage, and report on multiple billing assignments and deadlines
• Enter, edit, customize, and process invoices with a high degree of accuracy
• Partner closely with internal teams to resolve billing questions and discrepancies
• Support and guide other billing team members once fully trained and qualified

What We’re Looking For

• Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and 10‑key
