Responsibilities

• Validate billing requirements, rate logic, exceptions, bill accuracy, customer‑impact scenarios, and operational readiness.
• Provide billing quality advisory and operational validation focused on complex rates, TOU/RTP, reversals, locks/blocks, BPEM, ORT, UAT sign‑off, first‑cycle readiness, and hypercare root‑cause analysis.
• Deliver reviewed requirements, edge‑case documentation, validation rules, ORT dispositions, operational procedures, training inputs, and issue‑resolution guidance.
• Apply critical capabilities including revenue‑billing operations expertise, regulatory/customer‑impact understanding, exception management, complex‑rate specialization, bill‑compare analysis, and production stabilization.
