Qualifications

• 3+ years of dedicated experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a corporate accounting environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) and experience using ERP/billing software.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred (Equivalent experience accepted).
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end billing: prepare, verify, and distribute complex high-volume client invoices.
• Research and resolve escalated billing discrepancies, disputed claims, and past-due accounts.
• Perform regular billing audits to ensure financial accuracy and client contract adherence.
• Assist month-end close with reconciliations, aging reports, and revenue tracking.
• Identify bottlenecks and support automation or software upgrades.
• Mentor and train junior billing and clerical staff.
