Qualifications

• 8 years of IT systems support with High School Diploma or GED.
• 6 years of IT systems support with Associate degree in business or IT.
• 4 years of IT systems support with Bachelor's degree in business or IT.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel; strong understanding of utility billing, rates, tariffs, interval metering, and large commercial/industrial operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide cross-functional support for the Billing functions of MACSS/CCS/GWAI and build relationships with operating company representatives.
• Define, manage, and deliver functional system enhancements with a distributed cross-functional team.
• Lead onboarding and implementation for large load customers including industrial and complex billing accounts.
• Analyze customer contracts, tariffs, billing requirements, and CIS configuration needs.
• Convey complex information clearly in group presentations and collaborate across IT and Business Units.
