The United Illuminating Company is seeking a Principal Analyst for Customer Supp System to analyze billing area requests, define business requirements, and implement billing configurations. You will liaise between Customer Service and IT, coordinate testing and production cutovers, and mentor junior staff.

We value SAP knowledge, strong data analysis, and project management skills, with a focus on process improvements and regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• Ten years of experience with business systems (SAP highly preferred) in a billing environment.
• Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Research Methodology, Computer Science, Business or other analytical discipline.
• Masters Degree in analytical discipline is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide research and analysis of billing area requests to define and document business requirements.
• Develop solutions employing technology and to develop and implement billing configuration models.
• Coordinate development, testing, and implementation of system changes with IT and vendors.
