Job summary

Moxie is a remote-first company empowering aesthetic entrepreneurs nationwide. The Senior Specialist, Billing will own end-to-end billing, collections, and reconciliation, and lead the transition to a new accounting system to scale revenue operations.

You will build automation and reporting, reduce manual spreadsheet work, establish overdue tracking, and partner with Finance and service teams to optimize revenue processes as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Understand how revenue is calculated, billed and reconciled today.
• Experience building automated processes from manual or spreadsheet systems.
• Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Own billing, collections, and reconciliation end-to-end.
• Lead the new billing module implementation from scoping through go-live.
• Build billing automation on top of the new system, reducing manual work.
• Establish overdue invoice tracking and visible AR metrics for leadership.
• Surface structural problems and propose solutions during migration.
