Pomelo Care is seeking a Senior Revenue Cycle Strategy and Operations Manager to drive strategic RCM, financial collaboration, and data-driven optimization across multi-line clinical engagements in a fast-growing startup.

You'll redesign billing architectures, lead pricing and onboarding for B2B clients, oversee denial strategy, and partner with Finance, Product, and Tech to scale the revenue cycle while maintaining top-tier patient care.

Competenze

• Deep knowledge of revenue cycle management in healthcare.
• Ability to partner with Finance to design pricing structures.
• Experience with complex billing architectures and hybrid models.
• Experience leading coding discussions and RCM tooling decisions.
• Proven track record of cross-departmental collaboration on scale initiatives.
• Comfort with data analytics tooling and BI platforms.

Mansioni

• Design, evaluate, and implement pricing strategies in collaboration with Finance.
• Lead hybrid FFS/PEMPM billing model discussions and codes.
• Oversee RCM onboarding for new B2B clients and new lines of business.
• Map and implement billing workflows bridging Sales, CS, and Product.
• Own high-level RCM escalations and drive operational improvements.
• Partner with Tech to enhance the proprietary RCM stack and data integrity.
