Job summary

Automox, a fully distributed cloud-native IT operations platform, is hiring a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist to own end-to-end AR processes, billing, collections, and cash application in a remote-first environment.

You will leverage NetSuite and SuiteBilling, collaborate with Sales and Success teams, and support month-end close while driving cash flow improvements through data analysis and automation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in accounts receivable, billing, collections, or related role.
• Experience with NetSuite ERP and SuiteBilling highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Customer-focused collections mindset and excellent communication.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounts receivable process for invoicing across transactions.
• Execute proactive collections strategies to drive timely payments.
• Accurately apply customer payments to correct accounts.
• Issue credits/debits and monitor customer credit holds and limits.
• Analyze AR trends and metrics to improve cash flow.
• Support month-end close and revenue-related reconciliations.
• Leverage NetSuite & SuiteBilling to optimize billing operations.
• Prepare audit schedules and assist with SOX controls.
