Job summary

Moxie is hiring a Senior Specialist, Billing to own end-to-end billing, collections, and reconciliation. You will lead the migration to a new accounting system, build automation, and reduce manual spreadsheet work.

This role demands autonomy and strong collaboration with Finance and service teams to align revenue processes with company goals. You’ll design scalable workflows, establish live metrics for invoiced, collected, and delta amounts, and address cross-entity reconciliation challenges as

Qualifications

• Map how each revenue type is calculated, billed, and reconciled today, identifying manual breakpoints.
• Own end-to-end billing system migration from scoping to go-live.
• Build automated processes to replace spreadsheet-heavy work.
• Operate with autonomy in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Collaborate closely with Finance on month-end close and service teams' needs.

Responsibilities

• Own billing, collection, and reconciliation end-to-end.
• Lead the new billing module implementation from scoping through go-live.
• Build billing automation on top of the new system to reduce manual work.
• Establish overdue invoice tracking and provide real-time dashboards for leadership.
• Address structural issues revealed by migration and propose solutions.
