You will support billing, accounts receivable, cash application, and month-end reconciliations, collaborating with Accounting, Commercial, and Operations to ensure accurate billings and timely collections. The role focuses on daily AR activity, customer follow-up, reporting, and process improvements within our ERP environment, contributing to overall financial health and client

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent experience.
• Proficient with data entry and Excel.
• Exposure to NetSuite or similar accounting software/ERP systems is a plus.
• Team oriented, with the ability to follow instructions and work under regular guidance.
• Basic analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills; detail oriented.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operational tasks for accounts receivable and billing.
