• Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to communicate complex logistics solutions clearly and persuasively.
• Highly skilled in problem-solving, strategic analysis, and customer engagement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools preferred.
• Bilingual in Chinese and English (conversational level or higher) is required.
• Korean language ability is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Support sales activities by preparing proposals, coordinating pricing, and managing customer communication.
• Assist in maintaining and strengthening client relationships while identifying potential growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate handoffs and smooth project execution.

• Participate in client meetings and presentations
