SBT Global, Inc. is seeking a Logistics & Sales Operations Specialist to lead the U.S. supply chain, logistics, and sales administrative operations in a hybrid role.

The candidate will manage end-to-end shipping, order processing, and revenue-related administration, linking internal teams with Korea HQ. The role requires 5+ years in logistics and sales support, English and Korean fluency, and strong experience with ERP, 3PL, and customs processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in supply chain, logistics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in logistics operations and sales administration.
• Bilingual English and Korean required for Korea HQ and U.S. partners.
• Experience with PO processing, warehouse coordination, inventory management, and inbound/outbound logistics.
• Familiarity with import/export, freight forwarding, and customs docs.

Responsibilities

• Lead U.S. supply chain, logistics, and sales admin operations.
• Oversee 3PL warehouse operations, inbound receiving, outbound fulfillment, inventory control, and stock reconciliations.
• Coordinate import/export, freight, and customs; manage trade docs for shipments.
• Manage end-to-end sales order processing, invoicing, POD, and channels (DTC, wholesale, retail).
• Maintain master data in ERP, generate sales and inventory reports, and coordinate with HQ.
