Bilingual (Korean) Logistics Operations – Senior Staff

Base pay range: $26.00/hr - $28.57/hr

We are hiring a Senior Logistics Operations Staff member to support high-volume import and global logistics operations for a well-established international organization. This role is ideal for professionals with hands‑on experience in import/export logistics, customs compliance, carrier coordination and SOP management, who can operate with urgency and precision in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Import logistics & global transportation operations
• Customs compliance & regulatory adherence
• Ocean, air, and trucking freight pricing & negotiations
• Carrier, vendor, and 3PL management
• KPI tracking, performance analysis & reporting
• Issue resolution across shipments and transportation
• Cross‑functional stakeholder coordination

Qualifications

• 3+ years of logistics operations (import/export, trucking, global logistics)
• Freight forwarding or ocean/air carrier experience (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of customs compliance & SOPs
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• WMS experience (nice to have)
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities
• Ability to perform under pressure with a strong sense of urgency
