Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily inbound and outbound logistics operations to ensure timely delivery.
• Schedule and track transportation activities with carriers, warehouses, and customers.
• Monitor active shipment statuses and resolve transit or delivery issues.
• Prepare and review shipping documentation, billing records, and daily reports.
• Maintain accurate inventory records with warehouse staff.
• Investigate shipment discrepancies and execute corrective actions.
• Support peer logistics coordinators and maintain operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to streamline workflows.
• Update logistics SOPs and operational guidelines.
• Track KPIs and suggest improvements for cost efficiency.
• Ensure customer requirements and SLAs are consistently met.
