Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to understand challenges and future requirements.
- Run workshops and interviews to capture current and future state processes.
- Analyze processes across retail, wholesale, supply chain, and finance.
- Translate requirements into prioritized user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with Analysts, Directors, Solution Architects, and partners.
- Support testing, readiness, UAT, and adoption.
