Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5-7 years in solution/data architecture roles.
• Hands-on with Databricks Lakehouse and cloud platforms.
• Experience with data governance, data quality, and security.

Responsibilities

• Define and establish enterprise architecture patterns for data and analytics.
• Design and implement modern data platforms with performance and security in mind.
• Lead Databricks Lakehouse adoption for data engineering, governance, analytics, and AI/ML.
• Evaluate new tools to support enterprise objectives and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with executives and data teams to translate strategy into tech solutions.
• Provide hands-on architectural leadership across strategy, design, and implementation.
• Conduct reviews to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
• Develop automation frameworks to improve Databricks reliability and developer productivity.
• Partner with ingestion, curation, and consumption teams to optimize data flows.
• Mentor teams on cloud-native platform engineering and modern data architecture.
