Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of pricing, material/labor estimating, bid analysis or financial analyses.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• No relocation benefit; reside within 70 miles of Davenport, IA; active-duty military candidates exempt.
• ITAR: U.S. person status required (citizen, permanent resident, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Review RFPs and develop an internal plan with cross-functional teams.
• Create and manage proposal development schedules and allocate resources.
• Ensure participation from engineering, procurement, operations, contracts, quality, finance and program management.
• Manage bids and proposals of varying risk and complexity.
• Ensure compliance with Eaton governance in bid preparation.
• Plan, direct, and monitor bid schedules; be primary internal and customer contact.
• Conduct post-bid debrief.
• Analyze pricing, material/labor estimating, and financial data.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
