Job summary

Eaton Corporation’s AER MSD Mission System Division in Davenport, IA is seeking a Senior Bids and Proposal Analyst. This role hybrid after training and will drive bid processes from RFP receipt to submission.

You will coordinate schedules, collaborate across engineering, procurement, operations, contracts, and finance to deliver high-quality proposals on time. Requires 3 years of pricing/analysis experience and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of pricing, material/labor estimating, bid analysis or financial analyses.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• No relocation benefit; must reside within 70 miles of Davenport, IA facility.
• ITAR: U.S. person required.

Responsibilities

• Review RFPs and develop internal plan with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare and manage proposal development schedules and assign resources.
• Ensure participation of engineering, procurement, operations, contracts, and finance.
• Manage bids/proposals with varying risk and complexity.
• Ensure compliance with Eaton governance in bid efforts.
• Plan, direct, and monitor bid schedule; act as primary contact.
• Conduct post-bid debrief.
• Analyze operational data, pricing, and financial aspects.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
