Eaton’s Electrical Engineering Services & Systems Division seeks a Technical Proposal Team Leader to guide a team in developing complex technical and commercial proposals for electrical power systems across the Western Region. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in one or more of: application engineering, proposal development, engineering, technical sales, or field service operations.
• Reside in WA, OR, CA, UT, AZ, or CO; relocation not available; eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of proposals for power distribution equipment maintenance, power system services, electrical infrastructure upgrades, and field service projects.
• Guide the team in evaluating drawings, specifications, scopes of work, labor requirements and project risk to develop accurate proposals.
• Support proposals for government and federal customers, ensuring compliance with contract and pricing requirements.
• Present technical and commercial solutions to customers, consultants, and contractors highlighting Eaton’s value.
• Drive adoption of digital technologies and AI-enabled proposal tools to improve quality, consistency, and efficiency.
• Manage and develop a geographically dispersed team, focusing on performance, engagement, and succession planning.
