Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation of competitive bids, estimates, and quotations.
• Develop customer-focused solutions balancing technical excellence, value, and profitability.
• Coordinate bid activities across engineering, supply chain, sales, product management, and finance.
• Manage technical, commercial, financial, and risk reviews per company standards.
• Support customer and internal technical discussions during proposal development and evaluation stages.
• Identify and mitigate commercial and project risks throughout tendering.
• Analyze tender outcomes and drive continuous improvement to increase win rates.
